Help with Veya
Veya is still in development. These answers cover the website preview and a few details about the planned app.
How do I change a sample check-in?
Open the interactive preview and choose a sample day in Calendar. In Today, below the cycle ribbon, change a mood or energy choice, or toggle the sample headache entry, then select Save demo check-in. Patterns then counts your sample entries again. The confirmation refers to the demo because nothing is being added to a real health record.
Why did my demo edits disappear?
The preview keeps edits only while the page is open. Reloading the page or selecting Reset demo brings back the original sample entries. Demo changes aren’t a saved account or an app backup.
Should I put my real information in the preview?
No; use the provided sample entries. The preview is there to let you try the controls, and it doesn’t need your period dates, symptoms or any other health information.
Why doesn’t the waitlist preview accept my email?
Waitlist preview means a signup service hasn’t been configured. The form won’t submit or keep an email address in this state, and you haven’t been registered. When signup is available, the page will confirm a subscription only after receiving confirmation from the service.
Do I have to fill in every logging category?
No. Logging is being designed so you can choose what matters to you and leave other categories alone. A day without an entry won’t count against a streak or earn you a lower score.
Will a contraception check-off tell me what to do after a missed dose?
No; the planned check-offs record what you enter about the pill, ring, patch or injection. They don’t provide a treatment plan or confirm contraceptive protection. For advice about a missed dose or delayed use, check the instructions for your method and contact a pharmacist or healthcare professional.
Can I print my entries for an appointment?
A one-page doctor summary PDF is planned for launch, with your cycles, recorded patterns and medicines, and versions for pregnancy and after a birth. It isn’t a medical assessment. For now, you can prepare your own short notes without waiting for the app.
Can I choose the app’s language?
Eight languages are planned: English, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Arabic, Simplified Chinese and Hindi. The available language versions will be confirmed with the release.
Can support interpret a symptom or test result?
Veya support isn’t a medical advice service. Please take questions about symptoms, test results or treatment to a qualified healthcare professional, and use local emergency services when you need emergency help. In the app, “When to get help” lists who to call where you get care. You don’t need to send personal health details to report a website problem.
How do I report an accessibility problem?
Tell us which page or control caused trouble and what you were trying to do. If useful, include your browser and any assistive technology you were using; you don’t need to include health information. Use the contact address below once it’s available.
Contact
A support address hasn’t been published yet. We’ll add one here before launch. There’s no contact form on this page, so nothing you type here is sent anywhere.
